Parent Entity: Shri Hari Supplies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Welcome to ekitara.com ("Website", "Platform"). This website is a direct digital storefront owned and operated entirely by Shri Hari Supplies. By accessing this platform, creating a commercial account, or placing orders for your organization’s stationery, housekeeping, or pantry needs, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

  • Direct Supplier Status: Please note that ekitara.com is not an e-commerce aggregator, third-party marketplace, or intermediary. Every product listed, sold, invoiced, and delivered through this platform is handled directly by us, ensuring end-to-end accountability, quality control, and direct wholesale pricing.

1. Account Eligibility & Commercial Intent

  • Business-to-Business (B2B) & Institutional Focus: While individual consumers may browse, this platform is designed primarily to fulfill the operational procurement needs of corporate offices, factories, hotels, software companies, hospitals, coworking spaces, and housing societies.

  • Contractual Capacity: By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to procure goods on behalf of your legal business entity or institution under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Pricing, Product Catalog & Zero Minimum Orders

  • Direct Competitive Pricing: Because we source and distribute directly, we offer transparent, wholesale commercial pricing. We reserve the right to update product pricing based on direct mill tariff adjustments or manufacturing market shifts.

  • No Minimum Order Value: We provide maximum operational flexibility with zero minimum order limits. However, to sustain this service for micro-orders, we reserve the right to apply reasonable localized delivery or convenience charges at checkout based on location and order volume.

  • Catalog Accuracy: We maintain absolute transparency regarding product specifications (e.g., paper GSM, liquid chemical volume, brand names). If a particular item is temporarily out of stock, our team will proactively contact you to arrange a suitable, agreed-upon substitute before dispatching.

3. Order Acceptance & Right of Refusal

  • Sole Discretion: The receipt of an order confirmation or the generation of a digital invoice layout does not signify our final acceptance of your order. Ekitara reserves the absolute, unilateral right and discretion to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order—in whole or in part—at any stage prior to dispatch for any commercial reason. This includes, but is not limited to, pricing errors, sudden market stockouts, unserviceable locations, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If an order is declined after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued promptly to the original payment source.

4. PIN Code Serviceability & Fulfillment Cross-Check

  • Service Area Database: Delivery fulfillment is strictly dependent on local logistical accessibility. Before processing any dispatch, our backend system cross-checks the buyer's provided shipping PIN code against our active delivery database. We reserve the right to cancel or withhold fulfillment for any order destined for a PIN code that falls outside our active operational network or is deemed logistically unviable by our delivery teams.

5. Taxation and GST-Enabled Invoicing

  • 100% Compliant Tax Invoices: As your direct vendor, Shri Hari Supplies issues a fully valid, itemized corporate tax invoice containing explicit CGST, SGST, or IGST breakdowns for every single transaction.

  • Input Tax Credit (ITC): To ensure seamless tax accounting for your business, it is the purchasing organization’s sole responsibility to provide the correct, verified GSTIN and legal billing entity name during registration or checkout.

6. Direct Logistics & Delivery Terms

  • Fulfillment Protocol: Deliveries are handled directly by our own local fleet or authorized transport partners, giving us full oversight over the handling of your goods.

  • Operational Access: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that our delivery personnel are granted necessary access permissions, Gate Passes, or designated offloading time windows at your premises (especially within restricted facilities like hospitals, secure IT parks along S.G. Highway, or industrial factory floors).

  • Transfer of Risk: Title and physical risk of loss or damage to the supplies pass cleanly to your organization immediately upon delivery and sign-off at your specified receiving area.

7. Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policies

  • Industry-Specific Returns: To maintain strict safety and hygiene standards for our institutional clients (such as hospitals and hotels), consumables, pantry materials, and customized corporate gifts cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive physically damaged or structurally defective.

  • Reporting Timeline: Any discrepancy in quantity, item errors, or transit damages must be reported directly to our team within 48 hours of physical delivery, accompanied by relevant delivery-note annotations or photographic proof.

  • Order Dispatches: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been loaded and dispatched from our central warehouse facility.

8. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

  • Operational Disclaimers: Shri Hari Supplies works diligently to ensure your workplace runs smoothly. However, we shall not be held liable for any indirect commercial losses, administration downtime, or lost business profits resulting from unforeseen delivery delays or product stockouts.

  • Force Majeure: Neither party will be held responsible for failure to perform obligations caused by events completely beyond reasonable control, including raw material paper mill strikes, regional lockdowns, severe weather, or sudden regulatory shifts.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal disputes, payment defaults, or compliance issues arising from commercial transactions on ekitara.com shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
